Please ensure you have a face mask as you will be required to wear this during your treatment.

Before your treatment, I will take your temperature with a contactless device.

For Clinic
I ask that you arrive on time, rather than early for your appointment, so reducing time spent in the waiting area.

I ask that you come to the clinic alone unless absolutely necessary, for medical assistance for example.

You will be required to wear a face mask during your visit.

The toilet will be available for emergencies, but please try to use the toilet at home before you leave.

I would prefer for you to pay bank transfer or contactless card payment, if possible. If you need to pay by cash, please try to have the correct fee.

I will be wearing full PPE. Face mask, Face shield, gloves, and apron.

In the Clinic
At no additional cost to you, I have allowed additional time between clients to enable me to thoroughly clean the treatment room, waiting area chairs, door handles and banisters after each client has left.

A high temperature – this means you feel hot to touch on your chest or back (you do not need to measure your temperature)

A new, continuous cough – this means coughing a lot for more than an hour, 3 or more coughing episodes in 24 hours (if you usually have a cough, it may be worse than usual)

Loss of taste and or smell

Do not go to a GP surgery, pharmacy or hospital.
